About the Founder
Anvita Bhatia

Anvita is a learning enthusiast who is always interested in learning and unlearning, making people learn, and understanding how people learn. With this passion, she founded Samanvit Solutions in 2021. She has expertise in designing, developing, delivering, and managing training and eLearning.
Before this, for 24+ years, Anvita has been a Learning Consultant, Delivery Manager, Instructional Designer and Mentor in her various Learning Leader roles at leading MNCs like NIIT Ltd and Tata Infotech Ltd. Her clients covering a range of industries included Microsoft, Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), Hewlett Packard (HP), Autodesk, Intel, McAfee, CVS Pharmacy, IQVIA, Shell, Pitney Bowes, MetLife and CBRE.
Anvita is a problem solver who can set up, solve, and drive multiple large and complex projects. Change management and setting up new systems come naturally to her supplemented by scientific certifications in Six Sigma, SCRUM, and Lean.
Her accolades include a few Excellence Awards, Unstoppable Awards, Team of the Quarter Awards and honour as Chief Guest at DPS and Blue Bells Public schools.

About the Team
We have a strong team of learning professionals, well-trained by our passion and honed with experience. The team comprises highly experienced Instructional Designers with expertise in designing and developing training content that serves the learning needs of people across various domains and industries such as Technology, Financial Services, Medical Research, Sales, Management Services, and Infrastructure Services.
Our focus is the learner engagement and the impact. We understand how the learner requirements vary from school kids to salaried professionals to budding entrepreneurs and Leaders across industries. We bring this expertise to the table through our deeply researched and finely curated & designed content. The team also has people with special experience in teaching and learning specific to K12 domains. We also have an experienced project management team that is well-trained and experienced in Lean, Agile and DevOps product management skills.
Our team is a bunch of happy folks who come to work to create exciting content every day and help someone learn in a very engaging and purposeful way. We do not believe in rote methods of learning or just repurposing some available content, rather we pour our heart and soul into the training that we design by understanding both the learner and the trainer/teacher perspective for the specific learning need in discussion. The goal is to make learning an event to celebrate and take away experiences and practical usable tips that can be practically applied.
